Do I have to use the shop my insurance recommends?

No. In Oregon, you have the legal right to choose your own repair shop. Your insurance company may recommend a shop on their "preferred" list, but they cannot require you to use it. Blue Rose Auto works with all major insurers as a direct repair partner, we'll handle the coordination for you regardless of who your carrier is.

How long will my repair take?

Minor bumper and panel repairs typically take 2–4 business days. Moderate collision repairs, involving hood, fenders, and paint, usually take 5–8 days. Major frame work or full front-end rebuilds can run 10–15 days depending on parts availability. We give you a realistic completion date upfront and call you if anything changes.

Will my repair match my car's paint exactly?

Yes. We use computerized paint-matching technology that reads your vehicle's factory paint code and mixes color to spec. On older vehicles where the original paint has faded, we blend the repair into adjacent panels so the transition is invisible. Our painters have 20+ years of experience with color matching on all makes and models.

What does "lifetime workmanship warranty" cover?

Our lifetime workmanship warranty covers any defect in our labor, if a panel we repaired develops a paint bubble, if a weld fails, or if a part we installed comes loose, we fix it at no charge for as long as you own the vehicle. It does not cover new damage from future accidents or normal wear. Parts warranties come from the manufacturer (typically 1–3 years depending on the part).

Can you handle my insurance claim directly?

Yes. We contact your insurance adjuster, submit the repair estimate, get approval, and keep them updated as work progresses. In most cases you just drop off your car and pick it up, we handle every call in between. If a supplement is needed (additional damage found during teardown), we handle that negotiation too. All we need from you is your claim number and the adjuster's contact info.

Do you use OEM parts or aftermarket?

We prefer OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts whenever possible. If your insurance requires aftermarket parts to control costs, we use CAPA-certified alternatives that meet OEM fit and finish standards. If you want OEM parts on a claim that was approved for aftermarket, you can pay the difference, we'll tell you exactly what that is before we order anything.

What if I don't have insurance, or I'm paying out of pocket?

No problem. Cash and card customers get the same quality repair and the same lifetime workmanship warranty. We provide a full itemized estimate before any work starts so you know the exact cost. We can also prioritize the most critical structural repairs first if budget is a concern, just let us know your situation when you call.
